Mr. Chris

With a remarkable career that began at just 11 years old in David Merrick's off-Broadway production of Stop the World, I Want to Get Off! starring Jason Alexander, Mr. Chris brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our studio.

A proud native New Yorker, Mr. Chris is a graduate of the esteemed Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music and Art and Performing Arts, where he studied under the guidance of Michelle Mathesius. His journey continued at The Juilliard School, where he was mentored by Benjamin Harkarvy.

His professional dance career includes performances with some of the industry's most renowned companies and choreographers, such as Jacque d'Amboise, artistic director of The National Dance Institute, and Septime Weber.

He has worked with Michelle Benash, Lisa Hopkins, Daniel Catanach, Alisa King, Jennifer Muller, Wendy R. Seyb, and has even performed at Walt Disney World and Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines. Notable projects include the film "Bio-Systems" for The Museum of Natural History and performances with The Gypsy Project.

Mr. Chris has also made his mark on the Broadway scene, working with NYC Theatrical Events and the Broadway Exchange under the mentorship of Joe Lanteri. His expertise extends to teaching as well; he has been a guest instructor for the Dance America/Dance Olympus convention and recently showcased his talent as the "Scarecrow" in The Wonderful Wizard Of Oz for The Company Of Dance Arts in Red Bank, NJ.

Currently, Mr. Chris is the Co-Founder of BOUNCE! Convention and Competition, where he continues to inspire and cultivate young talent. We are incredibly excited to welcome him to our team and look forward to the incredible energy and skill he will bring to our dance community!
